We are a Nurse Practitioner–led medical practice providing wellness and aesthetic services under medical supervision. All medical and aesthetic procedures are performed by or under the direction of licensed healthcare providers in accordance with state and federal law.
We emphasize the importance of integrating medical expertise into aesthetic care. Our goal is to ensure every service is safe, effective, and evidence-based. While we aim to deliver aesthetically pleasing results, your health and safety remain our top priorities.
Treatment Policies & Informed Consent
- All clients must complete and sign informed consent and medical intake forms prior to treatment.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Refunds & Payments
- All services and deposits are non-refundable once rendered or scheduled.
- Prepaid packages, treatments, or gift cards are non-transferable and expire after the stated time frame.
- Refunds are not issued for outcomes that vary due to individual differences in response or healing.
